  1. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  2. 1 brown onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 garlic clove, overwhelmed
  4. 300g lean pork mince
  5. 2 teaspoons curry powder
  6. 1 small carrot, grated
  7. 1 small red capsicum, nely chopped
  8. 1 small ripe tomato, finely chopped
  9. 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  10. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  11. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  12. 40g child spinach, chopped
  13. 3/4 cup finely shredded inexperienced cabbage
  14. 12 sheets filo pastry
  15. Olive oil cooking spray
  16. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  17. Salt-reduced tomato sauce, to serve
  18. 100g green beans, trimmed
  19. 1 small gem lettuce, leaves separated
  20. 200g tomato medley, halved
  21. three toddler cucumbers, quartered lengthways
  22. 2 tablespoons greater virgin olive oil
  23. 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a huge frying pan over medium-high heat. Add onion. Cook, stirring, for five mins or until softened. Add garlic. Cook, stirring, for 1 minute. Add mince.
